"Shellee Graham's stunning portraits of some of our favorite Route 66 places are more than just postcards--they are photographic gemstones that capture the true spirit and feeling of our beloved highway." --Michael Wallis (Author of Route 66: The Mother Road)

"In the same spirit of Dorothea Lange, Walker Evans, John Vachon, and other renowned photographers of the Farm Security Administration project, Graham has recorded full-color time-capsules of a vanishing Route 66 roadside. For armchair fans of America's two-lane backroads and connoisseurs of the old roads, she presents a tasty platter of treats, including bold compositions of colorful neon, crumbling motel signs, forgotten landmarks, and favorite destinations."
