Our veterinarian works long after the office closes most nights doing emergency surgeries and catching up on bookwork, so about a year ago we started taking her a plate of whatever we were having for dinner (she is also a personal friend). At the time, divided plates were in all the stores, but this autumn we couldn't find any at all. Amazon to the rescue....and these plates are solid and hold a good-sized dinner's worth of food for her. I'm sure they will be used at other times, but right now, that's what they are for and we like them.
