I ordered this item for Christmas and realized I needed to change a few things. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. I also ordered from another company with the same issue and never heard from them. I will for sure shop with this company again, not to mention the product and price are outstanding!

They're OK. A little overpriced. If by wallet-sized, you mean about 3x George Costanza's (receipts, shopping cards...etc) then--I guess.
