This reusable screen is 3.0" across while the full screen pane of DSC-HX100V is 3 7/16" leaving an awkward gap across the pane over the LCD screen.

I do not recommend this product to be used on DSC-HX100V with the current dimension.

Shipped well in time but is not a proper fit on the camera.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it doesn't cover the entire piece of glass on my Sony HX1. It protects 3 inch screens and my actual LCD is 3 inches, but there is another half inch of glass that makes up the screen that is left unprotected. Would've been nice.

THe "screen" protector is nothing more than a slightly think piece of plastic. It does not cover the whole screen. It definitely is not worth the purchase. I've bought a previous screen cover for the same price that was a full piece of glass that actually protects the whole screen. I would recommend buying one of those over this plastic one. The reason I looked for a new one is becuase the old glass on did it job and protected the glass screen from a bump. The glass cover cracked but the the screen was saved. This plastic one definitely would not have done the same. This one *may* protect some of the glass from light scratches but not from anything substantial. This protector is definitely a disappointment and feels very cheap. Don't bother, save your money.
