We had looked for this type of towel holder in numerous retail stores and couldn't find it. Should have come to Amazon first. This is just what we wanted and needed. Quality is great, installation easy with multiple spacers for dealing with concealed hinges. We would have given it 5 stars except for the cost of shipping which we believe was too high.

Sounds like a good addition, but it's awkward and useless. For a 36" sink base, adding this pull-out bar will make the room quite tight. It's not a good place to hang a wet towel for air dry, there is not much air in the sink base to begin with. One anchor was missing in the package, the slider is very awkward, very hard to pull out, perhaps some wax or lubricant may help. The three prongs are spaced fairly close, it will be much better if the prongs allow movement in two directions. Could perhaps consider the plastic version carried by Lowes. Bottom line is the addition does not serve its purpose and it's a waste of money to me.

This rack works great and fits well under my sink in the cabinet. It was a bit cumbersome to install, but I'm very pleased with the end result.

This product works well and it's great to be able to hang the towels to dry. The only thing I don't like is that the bars do not slide out as easily as they should.

This towel holder replaced one that had worn to the point that that the roller slides were rough. the new one has a plastic slide that moves OK except when you push down while sliding.....then it binds..........so you have to lift slightly when you retract the holder.

This is exactly what I needed to store wet kitchen towels. The quality is great and it was fairly easy to install. I would highly recommend it.

There are NO ball bearings in the slide. The slide sticks and is hard to move in/out. This is do to cheap plastic bearing material being utilized inside the metal mounting bar.

We are extremely disappointed with this and have thrown it away, a real waste of $$.

We purchased the 12" version, also a Rev-A-Shelf brand, at a local Lowes. This one has a ball bearing slide and moves in/out without any effort or sticking.

I cannot understand why the 12" unit has ball bearings and the larger unit does not.

I wish I had purchased this sooner. Not only does it allow for a neater-looking kitchen, the towels dry quicker. The slider was a little stiff at first, but after a few days, it loosened up and has worked just fine since. Well worth the price!

So happy with this product. It's wonderful when you have something you want in mind and find that exact thing! I cannot comment on the install (hubby did it), other than it seemed to go smoothly. (We put it under the kitchen sink.) This towel holder is sturdy, a perfect size, and very convenient with its pull-out feature. With three prongs, I can hang the towel that is specifically for drying clean dishes, the cloth that is specifically for wiping counters & table, and rubber gloves. And I never have to worry about a guest drying their hands on the wrong towel, because these are hidden. Would recommend for every kitchen.

The Towel rack was easy to install, and it was exactly as it was described. Love it, couldn't find this item in stores in our area. glad we choose amazon.com to find this item.
