I am a terrible golfer who has not had any instruction in the past. I would recommend this DVD to someone who is a beginner and looking for instruction on how to hit the ball straight. I watched the DVD and went to the range to test this method out. I was totally surprised on how easy it was and how straight I was hitting it. I went out the next day to practice again and decided to play 9 holes, I Par'd 6 out of the 9 holes and have never done that ever before. It takes some practice but was TOTALLY worth every dime I paid. If you have been playing for a while and have had instruction before this may not be for you but I can say as a golfer who shot over 100 this will help you break 90 for sure.

This is the worst golf instructional video ever. Most of the video is spent on trivial filler info that while entertaining has little to do with improving your game. Finally "The Application of the Truth" gave very little instruction on the application of his technique into your golf swing. I watched this part 6 times and I am still confused as to whether I should cup my wrist, roll my hands, or pronate??? I still do not have the slightest idea of how to execute his technique. As a golf instructor he is the worst I have seen in many videos. Don't waste your money, "Golf for Dummies" will help you more than this video.

I found this DVD at a discount store so I just bought it on a whim, not really expecting much. Maybe it was simply because the timing was right for where I was at with my game but I found he simplified things for me. AJ attempts to change your perception from concentrating on the big muscles in the swing to not calling it a swing and simply being aware of what the hands are doing, and the timing of the rotation. He says you'll get that effortless power if you bring your hands more into the game. The only drawback was he went on and on in his searching for the truth section of the DVD. I am seeing noticeable results.

I'v seen alot of better golf video, this one was a waste of my time it would be better for a beginer
