This book doesn't just talk about the breath in philosophical terms, it gives you concrete exercises to enhance your relationship to the breath and deepen your spiritual practice. I highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and wonderful book. Written by different experts in different arenas of the breath, its scope is fantastic. Truly a divine exploration of the mysterious and life-giving breath! As a person who is a regular meditator, I can say this book will add to anyone's meditations.
