Revelation Hoofbeats is a compilation work by eighteen authorities in the field of Bible prophecy (some internationally known). The authors have contributed articles based on "the explosive Middle East situation for the foreseeable future," "insights into the assaulting terrorism of this generation," "how the nations fit into Bible prophecy," "balanced and conservative answers to current world events," "stage-setting for the fulfillment of end time prophecies," "thoughtful ways to accurately communicate the prophetic Word," and "why Israel is the focus of all major Bible prophecies to be fulfilled." All the authors are careful in saying that Bible prophecy is not being fulfilled today, but "God is setting the stage for key players and events that will be in place when the riders of Apocalypse come forth." The authors understand current world events, especially in Israel, to indicate that the return of the Lord could be near. None of the authors set dates for prophetic events. It is a very straightforward work and all the authors exercise extreme care in communicating the Holy Bible.

The book starts with an essay on "Hoofbeats of the Apocalypse" by the general editor. It is then divided into three sections: "The Communication of Prophecy," "The Nations in Prophecy," and "The Movement of Prophecy." The conclusion, "Living in Light of Bible Prophecy," is also written by the general editor. About the Author

Dr. Ron J. Bigalke Jr. is founder and director of Eternal Ministries—a discipleship and evangelistic ministry dedicated to teaching and proclaiming the Word of God. He earned a B.S. in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute, M.Apol. from Columbia Evangelical Seminary, and Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Tyndale Theological Seminary. He is professor at the Florida extension of Moody Bible Institute. He is also a member of the Conference on Faith and History, Conservative Theological Society, Evangelical Philosophical Society, and Pre-Trib Research Center (founded by Dr. Tim LaHaye and Dr. Thomas Ice).

Ron J. Bigalke (BS; MApol; MTS; MDiv; PhD) is the Georgia state director with Capitol Commission, and missionary with Biblical Ministries Worldwide. Dr. Bigalke has more than ten years of experience in numerous discipleship and evangelistic ministries. He has instructed courses for Moody Bible Institute and Tyndale Theological Seminary. His church and leadership experience includes conference speaking, pastoral ministry, pulpit ministry, and youth ministry. Dr. Bigalke is an ordained minister, and partner of apologetics evangelism (on the topic of New Age) with the North American Mission Board, SBC. His teaching experience also includes service as secondary teacher and administrator, in addition to service on several school boards. Dr. Bigalke is a frequent contributor to various publications, such as journal, newsletter, reference work (encyclopedias), and web articles, in addition to being the general editor of four books. His current work encompasses apologetics, biblical studies, ecclesiastic thought, historiography, political theory and theology. Dr. Bigalke is also a member of several Christian professional societies. His undying commitment is to the preservation and promotion of biblical, conservative, evangelical theology in the life of the church.
