Product Description

Now SEE the Book of Revelation. The Book of Revelation is one of the most intriguing books in the Bible. Telling about the second coming of Christ, it is the only book of prophecy that has yet to be fulfilled. It continues to challenge students and teachers of the bible to study it's wonderful messages and promises for God's people.

The Revelation was given to the Apostle John in the form of fantastic visions which he faithfully recorded in great detail.

Artist Pat Marvenko Smith has illustrated the fantastic visions in the book of Revelation. Tom Green Productions has transformed Pat's artwork into this exciting and inspirational video.

The scripture (NIV version) is nartrated by James Julian as if the Apostle John were relating the story directly to the viewer. The drama of each moment is enhanced by the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh and the world renowned Pittsburgh Sypmphony Orchestra.

5.0 out of 5 stars How would you like to see the things St. John saw on Patmos?, July 4, 2001
By
If you've ever wondered how it felt to be John as he viewed the visions of Revelation, this video is for you. Pat Marvenko Smith is a gifted artist, and I really liked her illustrations. Go to revelationillustrated.com to see her illustrations of Revelation. Here on this video they're obviously larger. And the classical music as background, gotta love it! Before the show starts, there's a warning message: if you're not a Christian, parts will be scary. And that's true. The segment about Judgment Day has drawings of God's throne, the books being opened, and Hell. When we see the drawing of Hell, there's fire in the background and we hear people screaming bloody murder. It scared even me and I'm a Christian! The classical music includes parts of Holst's The Planets and Mozart's Requiem. Well worth your time.
