Latrese N. Carter has always had a vivid imagination and loved writing. She is an avid fiction reader and has wanted to write for many years. Her philosophy is inspired by the bible verse from Philippians 4, 13, 'I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.' Liar, Liar is evidence of God's grace, which provided Latrese with the determination to pursue her dream of becoming a novelist while fulfilling demanding responsibilities as a special education teacher, wife and mother.
Latrese enjoys reading, writing, Florida vacations, watching reality television shows and soap operas. She is a member of African American Sisters in Spirit Book Club, Ebony Readers, and Black Writers United. Latrese is a native of Baltimore, Maryland currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, Reginald and their daughter, Reagan.
