Product Description

Product Description

This is a 1:6 scale model kit of the famous Dodge 426 Hemi Street Engine by Revell.

From the Manufacturer

When the 426 Dodge Hemi was introduced in 1964, it was designed strictly as a race engine. The street version differed from its racing cousin by virtue of a lower compression ration, milder valve timing and different intake and exhaust manifolds. The original 426 Hemi remains one of the most famous engines in automotive history.

took a few hours to assemble and its pretty cool looking. some of the gear teeth were cut poorly so its not 100% smooth when rotating the flywheel but sitting on a shelf youll never notice.
be sure to buy some cyanoacrylate super glue before you try to build this thing.

GREAT KIT, BUT IT IS MOSTLY MADE FROM PLASTIC. WHICH IS CERTAINLY ANNOYING. I WILL CONFESS THAT IT DOES LOOK REALLY COOL ON MY SHELF. I THINK THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT FOR ANY YOUNG MAN OR GIRL WHO LOVES BUILDING STUFF.
