This is my first model ship, and I have vastly enjoyed working on it. It is not easy, especially the rigging. But I am having more fun working on this that I have ever had drinking Cutty Sark scotch!

This is not for small children, and it is not an overnight project. The color scheme is not always clear, but part of the fun is making it your own.

If you want to start a model ship, I recommend this one. My next project is The Victory, then my first wooden model.

I am quite interested in the Great Clipper Ships and my goal is someday to build a wood version. Vey good. I liked doing the work. I am writing a novel set in 1859 San Francisco titled Shanghaied. I am doing my due diligence research into the ships and the Shanghai business of that era. I will concluded the book with a sea chase.

Its almost Finished. I've got touch ups here and there. Can't figure out were the White thread Gos? It's a Beautiful Ship from my point of View. I thinking the White thread gos on the back of the Ship with the Flags attached to it? Any Pictures of the Model from the Back side would help. Searching the web Can't seem to find any? Thanks again Christopher.

Good model and had a lot of fun in building it. It is extremely cheaply built but all in all I still liked building it.
