Revenge of the Nerds III: The Next Generation is directed by Roland Mesa. The film stars Richard Israel, Gregg Binkley, Curtis Armstrong, Robert Carradine, Ted McGinley, Julia Montgomery, and Morton Downey Jr. Co-stars include John Pinette, Henry Cho, Mark Clayman, Chi McBride, and Tom Conlon. There are also special appearances by Bernie Casey, James Cromwell, Brian Tochi, and Larry B. Scott. The music is by Garry Schyman. It's been nearly a decade since everyone's favorite nerds stood up for their rights and gained control of Adams College. Everyone you know and love has graduated and moved on in their lives. Lewis Skolnick (Carradine) has married Betty Childs (Montgomery,) and the two of them are now employees of the college. Dudley "Booger" Dawson (Armstrong) is now a lawyer. Lewis' nephew Harold (Binkley) and his friend Ira (Israel) have just begun to attend Adams. With nerds in control of the school, it has become a friendlier environment. Lambda Lambda Lambda, the frat started by the nerds nearly a decade ago, is even the coolest house on campus! Nerds are loved by all, and even the jocks admire their computer skills. Of course, the peace is short-lived. An old Adams alumni (Downey) meets Stan Gable (McGinley), the antagonist from the first film, and the twosome collaborate with the new generation of Alpha Betas, encouraging them to take back the campus. The latest Lambdas enlist Booger's legal help to stop the nerd discrimination that once again begins to become rampant - but it doesn't help things any that Stan has just become the new dean of the school.
