I ordered this set & when it arrived the plastic lids were cracked. I returned it for another set & those lids were cracked also. I have a nice set of Revere bowls bought from a Revere store. These are not the same quality.

I bought these for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. My mother bought me a similar set w/o lids over 20 years ago and I use them constantly when I cook. These are a "must have"! I searched EVERYWHERE for anything similar and found nothing. I was excited when I found these and when they arrived in a very timely manner I was also pleased. The only disappointment I had was I thought the bowls would be bigger, otherwise they are heavy duty (a must) and they have lids -- double great!

These mixing bowls arrived with the lid to the middle-sized bowl full of cracks, and basically useless. An email to Revere, though, led to an immediate replacement of the defective product. Otherwise, the mixing bowls are of good quality.

I read the reviews before I bought, but I took a chance, and, yes, my bowls arrived with a broken lid too. The bowls are much smaller than they appear in the photo and quite wobbly. The largest one is equal in size to the smallest one in any other standard set you'd pay far less for. For that price, really disappointing.

The little rings on these bowls makes mixing
much easier especially when using a
beater to make whipped cream.

As far as I can tell, these bowls last a lifetime. I've
had them for over 10 years and they are still in
perfect condition.

It was the perfect price and the cheapest that i found anywhere and i would recomend it to anyone.

I took a chance even after reading the previous reviews regarding the cracked lids. After two shipment with the cracked lids, Amazon would not send a third. I contacted Revere and they were not able to help. The product is no longer available to them nor are just the the lids available. I would still like the product and don't understand why Amazon cannot open and check the lids before packing and sending them. If you have any doubt, don't waste your time with this product.

This is a nice set of mixing bowls--a size for every need. The lids stand up to repeated dishwasher washings. It would make a good gift for someone who is setting up their first apartment.

I bought this set of three bowls. The medium lid did not fit on the medium bowl. I figured oh well.

Then it got to bugging me, so I ordered another set. I figured I must have just got a bad set. But when the new set arrived it had the exact same problem. Once again the medium lid did not fit the medium bowl. The large lid fits the large bowl. The small lid fits the small bowl. But there is apparently a design flaw w/regards to the medium bowl and lid. I'd have to recommend against wasting any money on these.

These bowls are a good size for every day use. The lids fit well and they're excellent to store leftovers.
