I have several silk skirts by this company and the quality is unparalleled. They are beautiful one of a kind works of art and so beautiful they get noticed and commented on every time I wear one. They make great gifts too as they are reversible and wrap around most figure sizes. I'm a size 12 and it fits great. :-) <3 this skirt!

I really do like this skirt. My only issue was the color. As it states in the description it is not the same as in the picture, but I did hope that the colors would at least match like they do in the pictures. Mine did not (i.e. pinks, blues, reds browns, blacks, olive green). And the reverse side was pink, so it was overwhelmingly pink, which is not my color at all!! So I had to send it back. So just be aware that it WILL NOT look like the picture!! And it will probably not be exactly the type of colors you like. I am however going to try again and see if I can get a better match for me because I do love the fit and style of the skirt and it was beautifully made!

I bought this skirt with some trepidation due to previous reviews commenting on how the skirt you receive is not what it looks like in the picture. However, when I received it in the mail only a few days later it was even better than the picture. It is true that the colors were nothing like the photo, but I believe that adds to the beauty of it. Your skirt will be unique, no one else will have the exact same skirt as you. It is all pure silk too; the feel is wonderful against your skin. I am 5, 2 and a size 0 and I was worried that like with most clothing it would drag on the floor when I tie it on my hips. But it fits me fine. You can also tie it around you like a dress (which is how I normally wear it) with a belt around your waist. I absolutely love it and recommend it to any one looking for something unique, comfortable and exotic.

I'm very happy with my purchase of this skirt. Some of the other reviewers say the skirt they received did not look like the image displayed. Mine actually looked pretty close to the provided image. However a word of caution, the "solid" side isn't a true solid color. It has a pattern on it. Mine is a bright orange/red floral pattern. On the other side, I have a series of different patch works but the designs, patterns, and colors are complimentary -- mostly earthy yellows, oranges and browns, one blue patch, but not heavy on greens, pinks, purples. Mine also did NOT come with a guide describing all the different ways you could tie this skirt to wear as a top, bottom, shaw, etc. but no big deal since I don't intend to wear it any other way than as a skirt. I also had a button hole sewn into the top of the skirt which is convenient except there was NO button anywhere on the skirt to help adjust and keep the waist even. I'm going to measure the skirt based on how I wear it and sew on my own buttons. Length hits past the knees; a nice A-line cut with a little flare out toward the bottom. The material feels really wonderful on the skin but could cling if you pick up a bunch of static. Overall, a good choice!

The skirt is gorgeous and I really love the way it looks. My only complaint is I was wanting a magic skirt - one that you can wear as a skirt, dress, whatever - the one with 80 different looks. This doesn't work because the two layers are sewn together, preventing you from changing the way you wear it.

Fun to wear. Pick the primary color showing depending on which way you wrap it. Goes with everything. Hangs and swings nicely.

It is true that it will not look like the picture, but I just love the skirt. Lots of colors to match to when looking for tops. I wore it to a Renaissance Festival in Florida. It was cool and comfortable all day and held up well. Very happy with my purchase! If you are not sure whether to buy this, go ahead. I don't think you will be dissappointed.
