In our martial arts Dojo, we do a mix of Judo, Karate, Jujitsu and boxing. With the emphasis on Judo. Plus a lot of floor exercises. I seem, as a relative newbie, to do my Judo falls wrong, too often banging my elbows (and brusing them). These elbow pads are durable, made well, well padded yet allowing good movement. I wear one on both elbows and have been glad of them many times, saving me from bruised elbows. Also recommended are foot and shin protectors and padded fighting gloves for Karate, to protect both partners in sparring. Be sure to get the all leather ones as they tend to last longer and hold up better. All in all, this is an excellent product. rh 2115|R1Q8Q5TGKZIF7G;
