It's true that these cards aren't in the traditional flashcard Q&A format, but these cards are a great way to review for the certification exam or just to keep on top of things. There's no fluff whatsoever and so far I haven't come across anything that is incorrect or severely deficient for the ASCP/NCA exam, with the exception of the blood bank section, which only grazes the surface in that area.

I expected question on one side and answer on the other side of the supposed Review Cards. Isn't that what Review Cards/Flash Cards are supposed to be?
Instead, it's just outlines of summarized info. It's like Cliff Notes in card format.
I give it 3 stars - an OK rating, bec. I did like the straight-to-the-point writing style.

Believe me, I only had 3 weeks to concentrate on my review for the MT(ASCPi)examinations. With such very little time, I even scheduled my flight as a study time and to finish 1 subject in 2 hours. I was able to read the entire Urinalysis & body fluids topic while on board the plane on my way to Manila for the exam. That was fast, yet it helped me focus on important things to remember that are frequently asked in the exam. Quick review cards by Polansky helped me a lot, and prayers too. I was able to pass the exam the following day. Thanks to Polansky for such a great help.

The quick review cards are an excellent study tool for exams and case studies for the CLS program. I was disapointed that each group of cards does not come with a ring holder to keep them all together. I would suggest buying some ring holders for each topic (chemistry, hematology, immunology, etc.) Another option would be to put these cards in a small 3 ring binder so the cards do not get mixed up and out of order.

The are not flash cards. The information you need to know is broken down in to sections and put in to table format so it makes it easier to memorize and refer back to. I hole punched my cards and put them on book rings, so that I didn't have to lug around the whole stack all the time. Buy these cards when you start the clinical laboratory science training program because they are also super helpful throughout training, not just for preparing for the state licensing exam. I highly recommend!

THese are very well put together and very informative. The only thing I dont like is that they are a strange size and its hard to find a box to put them in.

The contents are really great but since it is a flash card, I was expecting it has some sort of a box to set it in when it's not in use, that's the only draw back about this item. Everything else is great.

This has helped with organizing my thoughts during the clinical training. I haven't taken the board exam yet, but I think I will be better prepared with these cards!

These cards are the best I studied these for 3 months and successfully passed my ASCP exam. The use of these cards along with [...] the payed version helped me so much. Anyone studying for the ASCP should buy these cards because they are so helpful.

It was really nice to be able to take portions of these cards and review by topic. They are very portable and concise. Good way to jog your memory.
