We gave these bibles to our confirmation class. Very readable; bright colored pictures; and good translation.

Nice idea but......
I bought this for my 2nd and 4th grade grandchildren. They read for a few minutes and had to stop because the print was so small.

Alot of bibles are difficult to read. This edition flows easier and offers scripture highlights that help understand the meaning intended.

This is the best children's Bible I have seen! Our church presents them to children in second grade. The text is original, unabridged, NRSV, the pictures and maps are apealing and the study notes are understandable and child oriented. It is a Bible that will be useful throughout the child's life. Adults love it too!

his was presented to my 3rd grader at church. I love the pictures in the middle to explain some of the items discussed. The little "blips" on the pages help to explain things a little. I really like and plan to give it as gifts.
