This book is great if you are just starting out. It cleary defines all the aspects of writers workshop and gives you lesson ideas.

I have found this resource book to be very helpful as I try to find a better approach about the constant struggle of managing writer's workshop. I am hoping to implement many of the great ideas into my classroom after the holiday rush!
