Excellent product, September 16, 2008
First, I will say that I have used more shampoos than I care to count. I have used them all, believe me. Second, I am in my mid 20s and have only noticed a slight receding of the hair line, nothing more. However I have long suffered from generally poor hair: brittle, dry, etc. I have been trying to fight what Ive seen as the inevitable loss of hair figuring the best time to fight it is now before I lose it all.
This is the first product I have ever given a review on and the main reason for doing so is because it is the first that I have been very impressed with. You will notice immediately that it is a very high quality shampoo. I have now used this product for 5 months. Have I experienced hair growth? I don't know actually, but at the very least I am not losing hair in the shower anymore. If it has at least stopped my hair loss then that is good enough for me. What I do know is that my hair has never been healthier and it has never looked as good as it does now. Whereas 5 months ago it was brittle and dry, now it no longer feels like that. At the very least this shampoo will make your hair and scalp healthy, which for me was a noticeable improvement. My mother who hadn't seen me in months even commented on how nice my hair looked.
I will continue to use this product for no other reason than it makes my hair and scalp look and feel better than ever. It may also be fighting hair loss, only time will tell. For the record, I use it as directed (two applications for the maximum time). I also use Billy Jealousy's hair conditioner, although I give little credit to that product for any improvement in my hair as Ive been using that one off and on for a long time.

Patience.. , April 21, 2008
This is an amino-vitamin based product and just like with anything natural, it takes time to work. I have been using it for approximtely two months and I have noticed that my hair has stopped falling out. In addition, my hairs seem to have become thicker.. Although not a miracle cure for baldness, this product is effective more on thinning hair than anyting else.. So if you decide to purchase this product.. please be patient. it works.

High quality shampoo!, February 12, 2009
Just wanted to say that I've been using this shampoo for about 3 weeks now. I am in mid 20 and my hair has slowly been thining for the past 2-3 years. It is becoming a bit noticeble, especially since I get a buzz cut every two weeks.
Anyways, I am only thining in the crown area, most likely due to DHT, b/c it's not genetic. For the past 2-3 years of my hair thining I can trace back that...that's when my hair started to get itchy and get a little oily. I have never had any problems prior to that. I've been searching for a good stimulating shampoo for about a good 2 months, visiting every page on the internet. Revita was the only brand that cought my attention, b/c it had more reviews than rogaine. :) And the reviews were more on the positive side. So, i decided to spend $30 a bottle. Just a few drinks at the bar that I can sacrifice a month to keep my hair. In fact, I think this bottle of shampoo will last me about 1.5-2 months since I have short hair and you only need to use a little bit.
Results: After the first use I have noticed my hair to become silky smooth. The itching for the most part went away, however once in a great while i get it. But it's not as bad as it was. My hair stopped falling out too. Don't get me wrong, it's normal to have hair fall out, so my hair and everyone's hair falls out, it's just i dont have hair all over the keyboard or bathtub anymore. I do not expect this shampoo to get me the hair that i had in my teenage years. I still have hair all over, just a little thin on top. As long as I keep what I have, I will be happy. However, since I was very happy with the quality of shampoo, I bought DS Lab's SPECTRAL DNC-L. it's a topical treatment that smells awesome and does not leave your hair greasy. It's another $35, but my itch was gone after the firts application. It contains 5% minoxil which should fight my DHT, which resulted in thinning. I've only been using the topical treatment for 5 days. If you put too much.....which is stupid and a waste of an expensive product, you will get a yellow scalp, b/c the cream is yellow color. But, if you put just enough, you will not have the yellow tint. Plus it smells very good. I havent noticed any hair growth, b/c I only used it a week, but I will use it for 6 months and see what happens. If there is not change, then I will just keep the shampoo and keep the hair that I have.
