Katchafire is an awesome band from New Zealand with modern reggae jams that you'll enjoy. I love this CD and I would reccommend it for all reggae fans! Kick back and suck em up island style!

I love this album! Downloaded a couple of songs and just had to buy the CD.
Katchafire are massively underrated! Their songs are original and catchy. Faves from this album would be Collie Herb Man and Lose Your Power. If you like funky, unique reggae then get this! PS. If any of the band read this: Please tour Australia soon..

Saviours Of Reggae,

Revival does exactly what it says on the tin (Well cover)!! It is probably one of, if not, the best and most original Reggae albums of recent history.
I had the good fortune of being dragged along to see Katchafire in Dublin by a friend of mine who had seen them in Oz and assured me that, I would not only not regret it, but regret it if I didn't go in! (I think that made sense) Long story short, Katchafire are a group of very talented Maori mates, who feel the hopes and dreams of one Mr. Robert Marley, and translate them into warm heart-felt Reggae songs, Funky, get up and party ska hits and down right groovy grooves. This CD, Revival, will mark an era in Reggae music that all future Artists will aim for. That said, The energy, vibrance and power of their live set, only fractionally carries through onto the CD and my advise would be to buy the CD, and keep an eye out for them playing in you local area (Or, I'd even stretch to say, Travel to see them.)
