I have always felt a connection with Sam. We are both from OK and left as soon as we could. We are both gay and about the same age. But most of all, the soul he puts into his music moves me and comforts me.

Presently, I am going through some rough times and his music has helped me. Call it providential or divine intervention, he recorded this CD with so much of himself at the right time for me.

Thanks Sam, for this truly inspirational music. Don't stop.

"Revival" has revived my faith in music and singers! This CD is uplifting and thought provoking and gets inside your heart. I love the fun of "Love Letter" and "Change in My Life" (very cool) and the spirituality of "Bridge Over Troubled Water and "The Rescue", which blew me away. Whether he s singing his heart out or simply whispering, Sam Harris is breathtaking. A true artist. If enough people get to hear this CD, it's destined to become a classic.

OH MY GOODNESS! I am breathless! This CD was long overdue, but certainly worth the wait! Sam has once again reached into our hearts, with his soulful renditions! Each song has it's own meaning of hope, inspiration, and love. It is hard to pick a favorite, especially after listening to him at his in-store performance at the Virgin Megastore. These songs were meant to be performed LIVE!!! You better get very own copy & enjoy the special gift this man is giving to the whole world! In fact, share it with the one you love (the holiday season is coming & it would make a wonderful & meaningful gift). Thank you, Sam!

What a wonderful collection of powerful songs. One play of this anticipated CD and I was literally smiling more than ever. So many songs with such delivery brought me tears of joy. The song "Don't let the world step on your soul" gave me the inspiration to snap out of my selfish depressed mood. Being in a wheel chair for several years has got me feeling bad for myself, but it's an experience like this recording that makes me find a way to dance.

I could not wait to get this CD, and it is so much more than I expected. Sam daringly took classic songs and made them his own. A refreshing new look at the standards of our time. Everyone gets this in their stocking this year. It's amazing.

I am so grateful that Sam Harris exists. And I am so grateful that he is making music for those of us who are over 14 years old. I am 32, myself, and find that there are fewer and fewer great voices in pop music. If I hear one more sample of a "real" singer because the artist can't . . .! They've even turned Whitney and Aretha into soul-less techno-pop. Let's face it. Music is there to move us - make us feel - make us dance - make us cry. We want great music with great singers - and that is what Sam Harris has created in "Revival". This CD warms your heart and stirs your soul and makes you listen and feel in ways that most music today simply doesn't. "Bridge Over Troubled Water" is inspired. "Come to Me" transports. "Holding On" is pure emotion. "The Rescue" is poetry. "Love Letter" is sexy and fun. "Going Down Makes Me Shiver" is seriously sexy. "Don't Let The World Step On Your Soul" is poignant. "The Circle" is a song everyone should hear and experience. It makes you cry tears of pain and joy at the same time. This CD is more than great. It is important. This CD has life-changing possibilities - I know it has affected mine. It is that rare thing that everytime you hear it, you get something new. Some new meaning. Some new value. Something deeper. I cannot wait to hear this material live when Sam tours. Until then, I will be listening to this brilliant work over and over and over. Kudos to Mr. Harris. He has captured the heart and soul of our times.

I saw this cd on line last week and could not wait to hear it..so i went and bought it at the store..couldnt wait to get it from online...visually the cover is clever and attractive....subtle and gives you an inidication of the depth of the album....the title song Revival is unique and full and fun....leaving you wanting more....the remake of The Rescue will put you in tears....a sense of mature quality in Mr. Harris's voice that is only unique to his style and now so mature and more controlled than ever....this song alone makes the album worth buying..and The Circle..love it....another a+...the whole album is like this...but those are my favorites...my only request..mr. harris..please do a christmas album...and lets hear duet with you and Liza...it would be amazing..

I want to publicly thank my friend Lisa for sending me a copy of this CD. It's really great and was such a wonderful gift. Clearly I have to get Jack his own copy since he has taken it all week for his drive to work. The CD is so full of positive energy. You got me hooked!

As a fellow Oklahoma tenor, Sam Harris has been such an inspiration to me in my journey to the stage. This new album is full of beautiful moments. "Don't Let the World..." is a piece of perfection while the uptempo "Revival" is like a morning yoga workout--inspiring and refreshing. Boy, he's come a long way since Star Search--his work in each show and on each album is flawless. I recommend this CD to dreamers, dreammakers, and those who need a dream.

This Cd has been a long time coming. Sam has came a long way from his Star Search days. On the new project he shows why he has became a major stage draw. Vocally, there is little that Sam cannot handle which is a major part of the appeal of this album. We are able to hear the gospel sounding title track to the rocking "Love Letter". On this one Sam does it all and does it well! BUY IT!
