This review is from: Revlon Cuticle Scissors, Curved Blade (Health and Beauty)
These scissors are a very inferior product. Although they came on a Revlon labeled card, "Revlon" is not stamped on the scissors themselves as on the other Revlon products I have purchased. The bar code indicates they were made in France. The seller says they came from a reputable liquidation distributor and offers a refund on return, but the cost of the postage makes it not worth the trouble. I would not recommend buying this product on-line.
