Excellent!, May 7, 2010
This review is from: Revlon Deluxe Nail Clip - 1 ea (Health and Beauty)
I've had a different experience than the other reviewer.
I first bought a cheapo nail clipper thinking that they all cut the same, but the other one was blunt and did not cut all the way through. Then I decided to get a better quality one and I got this. I've found this nail clipper to be very good. It cuts very well and does not tear nails. It's so good that I bought 3-4 of them and put one in different places because nail clippers are always going missing. For the reviewer who didn't have a good experience, this clipper is lifetime warrantied and can be returned. It's possible that the other reviewer got a bad one because all of my Revlon ones cut well.
I've looked carefully at mine and wondered why it's "deluxe". It could be because it has two little flanges at the end to keep the top part in place or because it has a little swing out nail file. But I never use those little swing out nail files, they're never as good as sandpaper. The metal appears to be a higher quality metal than my other one and this one is still new and shiny after a few years and the edges still look sharp to me. I highly recommend this one.

The Revlon Deluxe Nail Clipper does not cut very well. The radius is not cut full. It tears your nail. It does not make a clean cut.
