Revlon Quick Dry 1875 Watt Full-Size Dryer

Have had two of the Revlon Quiet hair dryers. The first one, an earlier model, lasted about a year before the switch stopped working.

The new one, current model, lasted about 4 months before it too stopped working. The front edge of the dryer has melted in a couple of spots from the heat of the dryer--could be potentially dangerous.

Revlon doesn't respond to email complaints.

Awesome ergonomic design, and great power, blew dry my long straight thick hair in literally 12 minutes, when most others take 30-40 minutes!!! Awesome hair dryer, bought one for all my family and friends, they love it too!!

Yes, it is very quiet, but I was skeptical. It just didn't seem to blow as much air as my previous dryers...no way could it dry my long, thick, dark hair! I had even packed it up to send back! It was my husband who said, "But does it really take longer? Have you done a comparison?" So the next two mornings I timed drying with each, and lo and behold, my new Revlon was even a bit faster! Quieter, gentler, faster...I'm happy.

Noticeably quieter than other models and provided very hot air to dry medium-length hair quickly. Comfortable handle, not too heavy. It lasted exactly two years; then it just stopped functioning one day and could not be reset. I will probably buy another.

I highly reccomend this blow dryer.

I don't know why some people say it isn't powerful enough. For me, it does just fine. It makes my hair feel nice and soft afterwards, instead of dried out and burnt like most I've tried. Plus, it's really really quiet...I can actually hear things over it!

It is weak! Yes, it's hot, but the flow of the hair dryer is very poor. No wonder it's quiet. Because the 1875 Watts is being used to generate heat, not blow air. It was pretty disappointing.....

I like the "quiet hair dryer" but does anyone out there know where I can purchase a difuser a styling attachement for it?? Please let me know?!

I don't know how this got positive reviews from others. Yes, it was remarkably quiet - but it wasn't doing much more to dry my hair than if someone blew on it. Usually, my hair dries in 10 minutes - after 30 minutes this still hadn't dried my hair and I switched to finish drying it with my husbands. Maybe mine was defective, since other reviews claimed it dried quickly. I was disappointed because the quietness was amazing - it just seems too good to be true.
