Revlon's facial paraffin bath is perfect when you want the pampering, but not the price, of a fancy spa treatment. Simply melt the paraffin in the included warmer, using any of 10 heat settings. Then use the brush to apply a small amount of the paraffin, place a gauze mask over your face, and apply another layer. When the wax cools and hardens, peel the mask away for skin that's rejuvenated, moisturized, and refreshed. It's not the neatest process in the world, but frankly, messiness is part of the fun. The wax peels off easily from floors and counters, but clothes are another matter--wear an old T-shirt, or a smock to pretend you're at Canyon Ranch. Warning: Do not answer the door while using this product! The wax-smeared gauze mask would scare the dickens out of the bravest of boyfriends. Aesthetics aside, this facial bath makes a great accessory for a grown-up girl's sleepover or for that long-awaited night at home alone. I just purchased this item last week and I tried to use it over the weekend. I had a very difficult time trying to use the gauze. After 3 tries, I finally just put the mixture directly on my face. I had the stuff everywhere. It stains clothing. But it did feel good :-)
