The worst cuticle trimmer,
This review is from: Revlon Stainless Steel Cuticle Trimmer (Pack of 6) (Health and Beauty)
The Revlon cuticle trimmers are the WORST. The best ones were from the the house brand of the late and greatly missed Long's Drugs. Save your money and get any kind other than the Revlon.

Got a gadget like this in a cheap plastic manicure set and liked it, so I thought I'd try a high-quality one in stainless steel. Poor choice. It's not sharp enough to do anything but mangle you.
