So far the Exercise Heavy Duty Crazy Fit Massager has been a nice addition to our fitness program. My wife and I both have joint pain. We feel better after doing ten minutes on the machine. We could not afford an expensive machine. I like the way the plate moves and 20 speeds are enough for most people. I am not good at putting things together or following directions. It took my wife and I about an hour. The average person could do it in 20 to 30 minutes. I do recomend this for someone curious about vibration exercise machines.

I really love this machine, it's fun to do excersie in it, I have it for more than a year and it feels great, tones your muscles and it improves your digestion, I've recomend it A Lot!!! I bought 3 more for some relatives and they really like it to!

I really like this machine - it gives a great work out, and it feels great. It was easy to put together and rather portable, which is nice. Did I mention it's not loud? Hurray, because that was my biggest worry! So A++ for that.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 full stars is that for whatever reason, the screen is not in English and the manual is written poorly. Also, the buttons are not labeled quite like they are in the manual. One last negative: While the manual makes sense as you put together the machine (it's pretty common sense), it's HORRIBLE as you read through the instructions on how to get your BMI. Getting someone to write the manual that writes English as a second language = not the best idea, especially if they suck at it.

Overall, I would recommend this machine to anyone! The pros greatly outweigh the cons.
