This was a great video it flew by which really helped the kids stay focused on what Rex was saying - but ... the best part is the personalization piece that they offer you - I videotaped my son and sent it into MPI to have Rex analyze his shot - the video we got back was really great - Seeing Sean's shot in super slow motion was something but having Rex Chapman tell him what was wrong and how to fix it was really unbelievable - best training product we have ever seen - his jumpshot was instantly better.
