This review is from: Reynaldo Hahn: Piano Quartet, Violin Sonata & Other Chamber Music (Audio CD)
.

Proust's boyfriend Reynaldo Hahn (1875-1947) was an extremely talented pianist-singer-song writer who was much in demand in the fashionable Salons of Paris: he was something like the "Elton John" of his day.

In Search of Lost Time Volume IV Sodom and Gomorrah (Modern Library Classics) .

Hahn produced some of the finest "popular" French chansons: Chansons Grises & other songs by Reynaldo Hahn ; Felicity Lott - Mélodies sur de poèmes de Victor Hugo / Graham Johnson ; Songs by Reynaldo Hahn / Lott, Bostridge, Bickley; Johnson .

He also invented some fine chamber works: Hahn/Vierne: Piano Quintets ; Reynaldo Hahn: Quintets for piano and strings/ String Quartets ; Hahn: Integrale de L'Oeuvre Pour Deux Pianos, Vol. 1 ; Hahn: Oeuvres pour deux pianos ; Reynaldo Hahn Piano Works .

And even a large piano Concerto: Hahn/Massenet: Piano Concertos .

Quoi j'écrit, j'écrit.
