This book is not nearly as good as RD Reynolds's previous works, including "The Wrestlecrap Book of Lists," "Wrestlecrap: The Book" and "The Death of WCW," which was co-written with Bryan Alvarez. Vitamin B-6 is an interesting subject, but Reynolds does not handle it with the same grace and wit as his wrestling books. Recommended to avoid.
