most useful book for rheumatology in primary care,

Like most primary care physicians, I see many patients with vague rheumatologic complaints. This book is by far the most useful one I have found for discussing clearly and completely the whole spectrum of rheumatologic disease in a practical, but thorough manner. It's easy to read and easy to use. Descriptions of the pathophysiology, in particular, are excellent. Appropriate lab tests to order are also included. It's become the "most often borrowed book" in our practice---and I am in mourning until I have it back on the shelf for ready reference!
