There's something light, capricious about the work of Blossom Dearie. I'm happy everytime I listen to her renditions and wish I hadn't read deeply enough to find that she wasn't the light and capricious person in real life that her music suggests......grrrrrrrrrrr. I don't want to know anything about anyone I like from here on out.
