I wish Ms. Bijan had brushed up on her English before undertaking translation. The text is inaccurate. For instance, a woman has breasts, a cow?! Furthermore, the illustrations are dismal. The publishing house or the writer should have teamed up with someone who illustrates for a living or at least has some talent for the task. It is sad that work of such shoddy calibre gets published and sadder still that in terms of books it is all that seems to be available for young Iranian-American children.
