I bought the product, I have to agree the other reviewers, i was impressed with their commercial however the customer service rep was a machine, the web site wasn't structured well, and the all videos are the same, they are just dressed differently.
i thought I was going to learn different dances, bwoy was I fooled! The Bonus dvd, latin dance made simple are the same on all tapes. The exercise dvd makes you sweat dont get me wrong, but dont buy all 7 as its a waste of money, If you buy 1 you are getting the same exercises as the person who bought all 7.

I read up about this and read that many people were having problems with ordering from their website, so I ordered it from amazon. My kit came with 4 DVD. The interactive Kick Start, Latin Dancing Made Easy, Quick Workout, and Full. I have only tried the Kick Start. It's 3 ten minute sessions that really focus on showing you the 3 core moves. I broke a sweat! I really feel it in my abs so far! I haven't tried any of the other DVD's because I want to do the kick start a few more times to really get the moves down before starting the real workout! I'm so excited!

I have used this exercise package a few times and I really like it but it's not easy. To get the most of the program you must practice it frequently at least 5 days a week. I would recommend it to others who need a good exercise program to improve their core.
