This is one of the most beautiful CD's I have ever listened to in my life. I can't get enough of it. Those of you who enjoy gentle, moving, inspiring melody juxtapoxed with the sounds of the ocean and occasionally the wind, will be enchanted by this beautiful collection.

Looking for great music to interface with your massage sessions, this would be it. This is very lulling to the client and wonderfully relaxing to work to. Music is really beautiful.

I have been using this music for guided imagery, relaxation and visualiztion for over a year. It is beautiful and relaxing music. Very conducive to imagery.

Great compositions. The piano is so moving with a beatiful flute and violin to accent the mood. The ocean sounds are gentle and soothing and don't get in the way of the music. If anything they amplify the relaxing quality of the album. As a pianist ... I can say that the pianist behind this music is amazing. He really puts emotion into his music. You feel as though your with him on the ocean shore or on a journey to a magical place filled with beautiful music. I don't want to sound "cheesy," so I'll simply tell you to check it out for yourself. A definite recommendation for any avid fan of new age piano music.

I first purchased this tape while in Gatlinburg with my soul mate seven years ago. Together, we explored new and wonderful worlds through this music. It speaks to the mind, body, and soul. I almost cried when I tried to play the tape again recently and it was locked up. I searched online and found the CD here and I am SO HAPPY TO FIND IT! If you're looking for a relaxing piece and you enjoy piano music, you will adore this mesmerizing CD.

Rhythms of the Sea creates a wonderful ambiance! A tremendous relaxation piece, whether played at the office or home for wonderful "background music" with character. Truly Magnificent! I hope there are more in the Solitudes' series to come!

I have purchased several of Dan Gibson's Nature Sounds CDs. They are so beautifully mixed, and are truly relaxing and refreshing to listen to. I am amazed at how well the nature sounds blend with the classical pieces. My students in my classrooms have responded subliminally to them, too, staying calm and focused.

I love this music. When I hear the songs on the second side, tears come to my eyes, the music is so beautiful and precious. I cherish this music and encourage the humanly people in the world to listne to this glorious tape/CD. It's truely a masterpiece. Relaxing, pure notes. A great CD for unwinding and forgetting your problems. The sounds of the ocean are there but don't overpower the music. On selection four the birds annoy me but overall the CD offers a nice variety of selections.

This CD was first given to me by my father six years ago....a gift that I received shortly before he died. I listened to it constantly until I lost it about a year ago. After a lengthy search of the internet, not to mention ripping my house apart several times, I was thrilled to find it on amazon! I highly recommend each and every song. It is beautiful, relaxing, and almost magical. A MUST BUY!!!!
