The story and illustrations were hysterical! This book has now taken it's place as the most sought after bedtime story in our house. Our one son even insists on taking it to Grandma's for sleepovers (she's a fan now, too!)
To the author and illustrator...back to the BullPen with you both for a sequel!!

What a fun, feel-good, family book!! Mr. mcLaughlin has done a masterful job spinning a yarn that appeals to all ages. My son giggled as much as his dad and I at the antics and adventures of these wonderful characters. This book is a must have for any collection.

Wow! It was really rad and had a lot of good heroes in it. I loved it when Ribeye beat the wizard Soovlaki
I would reccomned this book to anyone who likes Harry Potter becasue it had magic in it to and it alos had bad guys but Ribeye beat them all with his little borther Cubestake. I even did a book report on it and got a good grade.

I have a 6 year old son and as we read the book together he couldn't wait to get to the next page. The story is captivating as we learn about Ribeye and Cubesteak as they go through their adventures. The illustrations are simply wonderful and transport us to a different world. My son can't get enough of this book. It is wonderful to read such a quality book. Can't wait for the next one! : )

I love it. The kids love it. When we're not caught up in the wacky storyline, we get a good laugh from the illustrations! BUY it!!! You can't miss this one. These guys are masters of characterization.

Once you start reading this book, good luck putting it down! I thought the characters and plot were entertaining and well thought out, and the illustrations were wonderful. You'll surely enjoy it. I promise!

Ribeye is a rare book--one that is fun for the kids as well as the adults who have to "make it through" the kids' books. The story held everyone's attention and the illustrations are a lot of fun. I'd recommend it.

This is a great book for combining beautiful cartoony illustrations with indepth prose. Both elements of the book complete a picture that makes the reader popular to the kids who love to see something that appeals to a kids' imagination while making the adults laugh along.

If you need to entertain the kids tonight,you won't find a better book to do it with !

What a fun story. The kids just loved it and it was entertaining to me as well. The animation was first rate. I look forward to other books from this author McLaughlin and illustrator Milo. Brilliant!
