This double disc CD was definitely worth the wait.
A. Kessler
And a good way to mix it up by adding introspectice tracks which still don't lack in the lyric department.
P. Alva
This is Chino XL's best album and one of the best rap albums I have ever heard.

Ive been an amazon customer for several years and never left a review on ANYTHING. Chino XL is THE BEST Lyricist that is and probably ever will be. I've been a fan since 1996. For those of you who really appreciate hip hop and rap for the pure art form that it is...This man's album will give you goosebumps! A double CD of perfection!!! The beats are sicks, his stories are captivating, his delivery is potent and his spoken works are simply PHENOMENAL. For those of you who don't know this artist he's the perfect mixture of Big Pun, Canibus, Busta Rhymes/Twista and Slick Rick. I download everything...but this album was purchased. Do yourself a favor and support this dude. You cant regret it!!

If you have ever listen to chino, you already know what to expect. But on this album he opens up a different side of himself. Deep content, where you listen and picture what he's saying and it all comes to life in such detail. Too many artist call themselves rappers, but chino isn't a rapper, he's a lyrist. A master of his craft. Because lyrics do matter, even though main stream wants to put out club song after club song. If you love real hip hop, do yourself a favor, and just listen. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

I have always said, three things make a classic album; Great lyrics, great beats, great technique[rhyme scheme, delivery, wordplay etc]. This album brings all of the above. Now I dont want to call this a classic yet, i try not to throw the word "classic" around anyhow but this album is forcing me to do so. Chino is in top form on these, the beats are carefully crafted and complements Chino's style. Guests bring their A-game; This normally happens when people know who they are on the track with. Horseshoe gang impresses, and Bun B does good too. For people that know Chino, this album is not all battle verbiage and literary gymnastics, there are a couple of reflective tracks too. I cant think of anything i dont like about this album, at least not yet. I think this is Chino's best effort yet, i didnt think he could top "Poison Pen", but he did. Though i wanted Chino to cut down on the use of similes and experiment with more challenging wordplay and rhyme scheme [which is something that lyricists like these often dont pay attention to, akin to Vakill], he's definitely up to it, but nonetheless, this is great music, not going to complain. For new fans, this should be your intro to Chino XL, welcome to the RICANSTRUCTION...

Chino......thank you man. I bought this twice to be honest. Just because Ive bootlegged an album or two of yours in my youth. I have since purchased those two albums as well ( poison pen/here to save you all ).

Your ability to do what you do is amazing. Thank you for giving fans what we have been starving for. I didn't get it with Slaughterhouse's " commercial album ". That garbage was full of " Ive made it " tracks and industry standard type tracks ( we came up/ill kill you/Ive sold drugs/i love these hoes tracks ).

Your album was fire from start to finish. You gave us an even broader insight into yourself, your wordplay and views of hip hop... and we thank you.

Don't wait for ever again...you starved us man lol.

Although you can't compare 2Pac to Chino XL because of the different sounds and purpose of each MC, this is the best double album since All Eyez On Me. I skip, maybe 3 tracks out of all of them. 35 tracks (4 interludes). At first, the lyrics were overwhelming and I didn't know how to intake the album. After a couple more spins and listening closely, the lyrics are amazing. Chino XL has reached a level of superiority with his rhymes. And a good way to mix it up by adding introspectice tracks which still don't lack in the lyric department.

One of the best albums in a long time. If you are a fan of real hip hop, beats and especially thought provoking lyrics... this is the album to get.

Chino XL has always been a lyrical genius and this album is no exception. On a lot of artists recordings you want to hear the guest spots but with Chino, I just want to hear Chino. Best album of the year and if it doesn't go platinum, I have lost all faith in modern day Hip Hop fans.

` ur all dressed up and nowhere to go like an athesist at a funeral` this is the best double cd Ihave ever heard. 30 out of 35 tracks are dope what really stands out is Focus and wildfyre and apollo brown handling the majority of production is top notch. Focus is such a dope producer u can tell he is a Dr Dre protege. Of course lyrics are top notch. This is the epitome of a double cd sooo dope. Sad this cd will not get credit like it deserves
