I wanted a carry-on upright for weekend trips and this is so far so good. It is the perfect size for a few days and has a padded compartment for a laptop or clothes. The red color is very nice and it rolls nicely and seems durable so far after two uses. I don't have any experience with the Ricardo brand, but so far so good. The interior lining is also very nice and an added surprise.

The handle broke on during my second trip using the Ricardo luggage. My father had also purchased Ricardo luggage and the handle broke on its 1st use - a week after he had purchased it!

I love this bag. It fits in the overhead and under the seat in front of you. It holds a lot of things and it is great for taking your laptop or iPad with you. It only holds up to a 15 inch laptop, but that fits perfectly into the inside pocket.

I have 3 pieces of the Ricardo Capistrano luggage in Valentine red.The positives are the luggage is attractive, nicely designed, and the zippered outside pockets are very useful. The wheelaboards fit in the airlines overhead.I was able to pack a lot in the wheelaboards .It was easy to use . The lining is attractive as well. My only issue was the handle at the top of the luggage ( not the pull up one) broke after only a few times of use. The vinyl tore where the rivet attaches it to the luggage. I was able to get it repaired free of charge as it was under warranty. I still love the luggage, and even ordered another piece after having this happen. I plan to use care when handling the luggage by the handle.It does have a bottom handle as well to help lift the luggage. Otherwise it seems very sturdy .

The sale price made this a great buy. The quality is very good and has lots of features that make packing and organizing easy. Very pleased
