Just returned from a trip to China. Bag packed well, compartments kept things organized and certainly held enough for a week with room to bring stuff back. Bag still looks good after many plane and bus transfers. Merchant ordered bag from factory and delivery was a little slower than expected, so make sure you have at least 3 days beyond the originally specified delivery date. Bag compresses flat, so it will not stand vertically unless the bottom is packed full.

The 1800 ballistic nylon is a tightly woven twill polycord thick and tough , comfortable carry grip ,inline skate wheels, a telescopic handle, a 2-compartment packing system and a Padded backpack straps. This is a high quality luggage set at a great price.

Love this bag! Used it on a two week trip and took place of 2 bags. Easy to handle and held up well to airline baggage handling. Just got a second one for my husband.

I do a lot of traveling and the trips are usually a week or longer. I've looked forever to find the right bag to do the job. I have one very large suitcase and a large rolling duffle but they don't compare to this one. It is very light considering the durability which allows for additional items without costing you at the ticket counter. I used this new bag and a second smaller duffle for a five week trip and it did the job better than any other bag I've used. I was skeptical about buying it without seeing it and you can't always trust the internet but this was not the case. It is a very rugged style bag. It worked perfectly on my one trip. The next one will be the real test. Even with that said I am seriously considering a second one for my longer trips.

I so loved using my friend's duffle bag that I had to purchase one for myself. I have taken the bag to Turkey and to Peru and it sure served its purpose. Plenty of room! What I like best are the two end pockets to throw last minute items in. I definitely would recommend this bag.

I ordered two of these duffle bags. One for myself and one for my lady friend.

She saw mine and raved about it. She wanted to buy one as soon as she saw mine. Little did she know I had one for her hiding in the garage.

This was my first "Duffle" bag but she had one that was on its last leg. Wheels never did work, material was cheap and had lots of duct tape holding it together. She realized that this bag had much better quality wheels, Ballistic nylon and, the double/seperated compartment would be much more efficient to pack and get into. Handle was first grade.

I like the space, and compartments but the bag did not survive the first trip to Europe. The bottom of the bag had fabric pulled right out of the seams and many abrasions caused by friction of the inside cardboard which had too much space to shift around. The piping was improperly placed, rolling to the side where it could not aid in preventing abrasion of the fabric. Company refused to repair or exchange it saying it was normal wear and tear. It looks worse than bags I have taken on several trips.

I bought this bag after returning a much more expensive one to LL Bean. I wasn't impressed with the LL Bean bag at all, and my wife cautioned me about ordering another one online, since I couldn't actually see it before buying. I looked at all the retail and discount stores in my area, and all the big websites. We even have Irv's Luggage headquarters outlet store right here in town. I didn't find the High Sierras to be good buys I thought, and I wanted the drop bottom. I took a chance, having connfidence in Amazon and eBags just in case.

This bag arrived and immediately, it's quality was evident. I don't like the fact that it is made in China, I would prefer one made in the US, but I never found one - at least not one in the price range. This one was half the price of the LL Bean closeout one I bought, and much nicer. Even Marshall's and TJ Maxx, they sell discontinueds, returned ones from other stores (I think), etc., and nothing there came close to the value I thought.

Admittedly I haven't traveled with the bag yet, but after checking it out I think the material and build quality is great. The bag is stylish and roomy - but not too roomy that I can't check it at the baggage counter. I can't wait to travel with it. Excellent buy.

The Quality of this bag cannot be beat by any other name brand product. Yes Ricardo bags are more money than usual bags, but you are paying for quality that is priceless. The wheels stay intact, and spin as they should, the backpack shoulder straps make an excellent addition to this bag. If you are going to use this bag as your suitcase, its well worth the money!

With the two main compartment it carries everything you will need! I have taken this bag on over a dozen trips in planes, trains and automobiles (even a boat) and it is still going stong. All the zippers, wheels and pull bars still work like new. Bought one two match for the wife after the bag she had fell apart after its first trip!
