I purchased this bag over a year ago, so I do not remember who was the seller. I did not have any problems with receiving the item back them. The bag itself is great. I used it once as a carry on, even though it is a little too big for the "by the rule" carry on sizes. It seems that the pockets on the sides and front are bottomless - I had no idea that so much stuff would fit in there. It is a perfect bag for a few day long get away.

I order this from Amazon on June 15 and Luggage Pro emailed me to tell me it was on back order and it would be shipped on July 12. I emailed Luggage Pro on July 13 to see if it had shipped and have just been informed that the Huntington Lite Collection is not coming back at all. Also, it was charged to my credit card when I ordered it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought the large suitcase that matches this and now it's been a month and I can't return it to Amazon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE

The only reason it's one star is because I had to do that in order to post this review. I'd give it no stars.
