THIS BOOK HAS MANY, MANY RECIPES FOR RICE AND NOODLES. THE ONES I'VE TRIED HAVE BEEN DELICIOUS! EVERY ONE OF THEM,..!
THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE BOOK GIVES YOU A PRETTY THOROUGH OVER VIEW OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF RICES AND NOODLES THAT YOU WILL TYPICALLY FIND IN RESTAURANTS AND USE IN THE BOOK. THE BOOK IS DIVIDED UP BY "RICE RECIPES" AND "NOODLE RECIPES" SO YOU'RE NOT FLIPPING ALL OVER THE PLACE LOOKING FOR A NOODLE RECIPE BUT ONLY FINDING RICE RECIPES! IT'S GOT EVERYTHING FROM GUMBO TO CURRIED DISHES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WANTING SOME BASIC BUT FUN AND DIFFERENT RECIPES FOR THIS INFAMOUS DUO.
