Great couscous, spinach and sun dried tomato flavor, but not to strong of a flavor. Package is good for storing and keeping couscous fresh, and it is easy to pour couscous into a measuring cup from this container. Very easy to make, just add water and set aside for a few minutes, add olive oil, butter, pine nuts, lentils, artichoke hearts, heart of palm, dried fruit, herbs, parsley, lemon, lime, hot pepper, etc, sauted veggies. Great side dish or main dish, serves well with any kind of meat.

This is one of the best brands of couscous I've tried. It has a subtle flavor that's easily combined with other dishes or broth (instead of water). Unfortunately it keeps disappearing off shelves faster than it can be restocked.

THE BEST
This is my favorite flavor of all...the tri-colored couscous. It is pretty on the plate. I have disliked spinach my entire life but this does not have the spinach smell or taste. Read more
