Like I said, I love this movie very much and if you ever wanted to see a movie about a rich girl/bad boy movie this is the one to see. I promise this one won't disappoint you!! It's a great love story!

i saw this movie when i was little and i loved it i liked everything about it thats why it was my favorite movie. i had to of watched like a lot

In this movie "Rich GirL" staring Jill Shrolen and Don Michael Paul, I would to have a soundtrack to come out for the movie. This movie is a classic and one of those movies that you watch over and over again and don't get tired of it. I wish there were more movies along these kind of guidelines.

an extra in the club scenes. I think that the music is great. I thought the movie was great. It keeps your interest. Some over the top lip-syncing on Don Michael Paul's part but who cares. Celebrity Skin takes the movie.

Pretty Woman + Dirty Dancing x every 80s movie - the Brat Pack = Rich Girl. This movie is cliched but really fun. It is a guilty pleasure that should be indulged in every chance you get. Although it will never be a classic, it still makes me yearn for the days when movies like this were made. The 'A' list will never mention Jill Schoelen (who was excellent in When A Stanger Calls Back!) or Don Michael Paul, but they will forever be in the hearts of the few, the proud, who have seen Rich Girl.

Rich Girl is one of those movies that is true to life. A young girl who falls in love with a "rock star" but her "rich" father doesn't approve. It was very romantic and overall an awesome movie!!

I love this movie - could watch it a million times over and still love it. Just wish I could get it on DVD; none of my VHS players work anymore!

I remember renting this movie over and over again at the Pic-A-Flick but it wasn't for sale it was the only copy they had so I have been waiting a lifetime for it to come on TV but it never has so I guess I will have to finally buy if I want to ever see it again it is worth it I remember being a big fan of both Jill Schoelen and Don Michael Paul they we're Great in the movie her wanting to be independant and leaving home to be a waitress him a struggling musician with alot of pride her psycho boyfriend who she broke up with plus he was screwing some chick and I had no idea Cherie Currie played in it was she the cokehead ex-girlfriend?

I first saw this movie in the mid-90's. Yes, it has every cliche in the book - rich girl, poor boy, controling rich father, ex-boyfriend, ex-girlfriend, gruff boss with heart of gold, catty co-worker, etc, etc, but the two charismatic leads (Jill Schoelen & Don Michael Paul) just suck you in with their sweet story. Jill is tough, determined and vulnerable and DM Paul is perfect as the sexy, tough lead band singer. They are the movie, no doubt about. I've never forgotten this movie and have recently purchased a VHS tape of it. I enjoyed it (cringing at some of the over the top acting, lip synching, big hair, etc.), but again, the two leads are enjoyable after all this time with their age-old story of overcoming obstacles galore to be together. (oh, and as everyone mentions, the music of "Breakout" is the third star of the movie.)

The movie is great. I love it and think more people would if it was shown.
