This book helped open my eyes to where all my money was being spent (not to mention calories!). I am more aware of how much money I am spending on coffee drinks and have cut back to save money. This book was good for my budget.

The title caught my eye while I was searching for finance books in the library. I am glad I did not waste my money on this book. The money tips were very basic and nothing new to anyone who regularly reads money and financial titles. This book is also very misleading. The authors suggest that if you skip the daily fast food hamburgers and french fries, you will save over $722.80 a year and also save yourself 70 extra pounds during the same year. You cannot lose 70 pounds in one year by simply skipping a meal of hamburgers and french fries. What about the cost and caloric count of the food you would eat instead of the fast food hamburger and french fries. Great book for young adults just starting out.

Ordered on a whim. Love the title. Thought it would be fun, but it's surprisingly dry. I think I'll give it to my sister.
