Composer Richard Rodney Bennett has lived in New York since 1979 but is well-known in Hollywood, where he has several major movie credits. Bennett’s original film scores include Four Weddings and a Funeral, Murder on the Orient Express, Billy Liar and Far from the Madding Crowd. Bennett is a well-known piano revue player, and his lifelong interest in jazz and light music is reflected in many of these compositions for piano - a mix of serious compositions, light composition and works for student pianists.
