not what i expected,

I thought I was ordering the "deal-a-meal" cards & wallet. I got the video by itself. I watched it and learned a lot about portion control and serving sizes. Richard S. also gave menu suggestions and showed us what they should look like. He is very informative and entertaining. The video is good but you need the whole system...if you have the system but not the video, I recommend you get it. You'll be inspired.
