I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THIS PROGRAM,
I USED THIS PROGRAM AFTER I BEGAN TO GAIN WEIGHT AND ONLY AFTER 4 WEEKS I HAD A WONDERFUL RESULT. THE KEY IS STAYING WITH THE PROGRAM, YOU CAN TAKE IT OUT TO DINNER AND EAT AT FAST CHAIN FOOD PLACES ITS SIMPLY THE BEST. PS I LOST 35 LBS YEAH

I have tried "everything" in order to lose weight. What I like about the Food Mover is that it is a lifestyle not diet. I began with the Food Mover on January 19, 2003. The first week I lost nine and one half pounds, the second week one and one half pounds and the third week two pounds, but more important it feels right. I believe another important key is being ready "emotionally/mentally" to begin a new lifestyle. The Food Mover is easy, self expanatory and flexible.

I am 5 feet 5 inches weighing 300 hundred pounds in 2000. Until, I discovered the foodmover and it has changed my life forever. I saw the foodmover in 2001 and I purchased it right before christmas at Target and began using it on January 7, 2002. In one year I lost 94 pounds. Now I am 146 pounds and I reached my goal. I am maintaining my weight loss by following the program, so go and make a difference in your life with this easy to use product that allows you to eat real food at home and at restuarants.

I have nothing against this product, but SIX of these 14 reviews are BY THE SAME PERSON. This unfairly pads the results and gives a false impression of the product, rather than providing helpful information. It's great if a customer is enthusiastic, but when s/he misuses the review system to hype a product, that's not so great.

I bought this because my friend bought it and it worked. It also worked for me and I bought off the clearence shelf. The little tabs do tend to get stuck or not stay up.

I was so big I couldn't excercise when I got my first food mover--used it and over 6 months lost 60 lbs, lost another 10 with not following it over the next 3 months-but remembering how the balance was. That was about 5 years ago, due to some major lifestyle upsets I have only now gained most of that back, but--the food mover is my hope, and the only thing that worked for INDEPENDENT me.

I started using the food mover 23 Jan 03. With exercise and the food mover, I have lost 20 pounds. It is easy to use. I recommended/bought this item for two of my friends as gifts.

It is a helpful way to lose weight. I started using mine about 1 month ago and I've lost about 5lbs. For me it helps me keep track of what I eat so I can have a well rounded diet. If you're considering buying it go on and do it!! It's well worth the money!!
