Excellent workout with great fast results ! Richards workouts are usually really good but this one is fantastic and I saw results quickly and I could keep up !

Great, little workout, October 4, 2006

I really like this workout. It's only about 17 minutes, but it seriously works my glutes! Richard does about a 3-5 mins warm-up, then he goes into plies, squats, 1 legged squats (these hurt!), standing leg kicks, donkey kicks(on all fours), side doggy leg lifts and lying leg lifts( I don't know the exact name of these). Then there's a brief cooldown/stretch, which actually is really nice. He does a lot in a short amount of time. Couple this with his "Downtown Toning" video and you get a great lower body workout. I love Richard Simmons. His videos really are underrated.
