These dvd's are wonderful. Richard really knows how to make exercise fun. His energy keeps you focused and motivated. You will really want to do this workout. It also comes with a food mover which is a pretty handy little tool

Love it! Love it! Love it! These DVDs are not only healthy for exercise but are fun too! They really do make exercising fun believe it or not. They also bring back memories from years gone by.

GREAT PRODUCT - FAST SHIPPING

Pros - safe and effective exercise for people just starting out or people with injuries

Cons - should have options to increase exercise

I used this product for the first 6 weeks, then I needed more. But I had a neck injury and it allowed me to exercise without hurting myself.
